Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

At MusicTheory4u, we sell both physical made-to-order products and digital products. Because physical products are printed and fulfilled on demand, and digital products are delivered immediately after purchase or access is granted, different rules apply depending on the type of product and the issue involved.

1. Physical products (made-to-order items)

Our physical products, such as framed posters and t-shirts, are made to order and fulfilled through Printful. Because these items are produced specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color/variant selection, or similar customer choice issues, unless required by applicable law.

If you have a problem with a physical order, please contact us at info@musictheory4u.com and include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect physical items

If your physical order arrives damageddefectivemisprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the problem,
  • clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item,
  • and, where relevant, photos of the packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacementrefund, or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.

3. Lost packages / delivery issues

If your order appears to be lost in transit or has not arrived within a reasonable time after shipment, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Before contacting us, we recommend that you:

  • check the shipping address in your order confirmation,
  • review the tracking information,
  • contact your local postal service or carrier if relevant,
  • and check with neighbors or household members if tracking shows the order as delivered.

If the issue cannot be resolved through the carrier and the order appears to be lost in transit, we will review the case and, where appropriate, work with our fulfilment partner to arrange a replacement or other solution.

4. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered or is returned because the shipping address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete, we may be able to reship the order once the correct address has been confirmed. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping or reshipping costs.

5. Unclaimed packages

If a shipped order is not claimed and is returned by the carrier or fulfilment partner, we may be able to resend it once we have confirmed the correct shipping details with you. Additional shipping or reshipping costs may apply.

6. Returns without prior approval

Because our physical products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful, customers must contact us before returning any physical item. If a return is eligible, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be processed correctly and may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

7. Non-defect returns for physical products

Because our physical products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind,
  • ordering the wrong size,
  • ordering the wrong color or variant,
  • or other customer choice issues,

unless required by applicable law.

If you are unsure about sizing before placing an order, please review the product description, size guide, and any other product details carefully before purchasing.

8. Digital products

Digital products, including downloads, digital resources, wallpapers, and similar digital content, are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, downloaded, or accessed, unless required by applicable law or unless there is a verified technical issue that prevents access or delivery.

If you experience a technical problem with a digital product, please contact us at info@musictheory4u.com and include your order details and a description of the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the problem.

9. Right of withdrawal for digital products

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content may be affected once digital delivery begins, where you have expressly requested immediate access or delivery and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal may be lost in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
