Thank you for shopping with MusicTheory4u. This page explains how delivery works for both our physical made-to-order products and our digital products.
1. Physical Products
Our physical products currently include:
- Music Theory T-Shirts
- Framed Music Theory Posters
These items are made to order after you place your order. They are not pulled from pre-printed stock, which means production begins after checkout.
Production Time
Most physical orders require a production period before shipment. Production times may vary depending on product type, destination, order volume, and seasonal demand, but physical made-to-order items typically take a few business days to produce before they ship.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Shipping times depend on your location, the carrier, customs processes where applicable, and seasonal or regional delays outside our control.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This can happen when products are fulfilled in different facilities or packaged separately.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started or the order has entered fulfillment.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. While we always aim to get orders to you as quickly as possible, delays can happen due to carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or peak seasons.
2. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
For physical made-to-order products, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if your order has not arrived.
If a package is returned because the shipping address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, we may be able to arrange reshipment, but additional shipping costs may apply.
3. Digital Products
Our digital products include products such as:
- Music Theory Courses
- Music Theory iPhone Wallpapers
- Miscellaneous digital downloads
- other digital educational or downloadable items offered in the shop
Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
Depending on the product, digital delivery may happen through:
- a download page after checkout,
- an email sent to the email address used at checkout,
- your customer account,
- or another access method described on the product page.
Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout.
If you do not receive your digital product or access details within a reasonable time after purchase, please contact us and include your order number.

- and a short description of the issue.
